Paper dolls were very popular before. Almost all young girls that time have their own sets of paper dolls. Often, the dolls have a main base were you put on the paper clothes. But paper doll's appearance, hair color, skin and hairstyle can't be changed. Even the clothes are limited to what goes together with the sets.
Nowadays, as technology develops, paper dolls also develop and evolved into the more flexible and entertaining dress up games . Dress up games can only be played online through different dress up game sites. Their you can chose hundreds or even thousands of clothes combination. The good thing about dress up games compared to paper dolls is that they are easy to play with. You don't need to worry on tearing and ruining your dolls and their clothes even if you change them hundreds of times. Also there is no more need for cutting each individual pieces making it less messy. That's why now, dress up games are starting to become popular among young girls and teens, even moms often find themselves entertained playing dress up games. So, in a way, dress up games are great bonding experience for both mom and kids.
